I love the scent of this. It’s so sweet and soothing. It’s good at cleansing and removing makeup. I like this. I am considering buying the full size cause of the scent. But I don’t think this is as good as any other cleanser. Especially Nuxe is a pricier brand, so for the price, I don’t think this will be worth it.
I’ve been using this for a few travels and I never get to finish it. For 25ml, this sure can last forever. I’m quite impressed by how long it last. It’s a typical gel cleanser. Not exactly gel, but a bit on the flowy side. It’s a good cleanser. It cleanse up enough the first time round. Well as long as you don’t use heavy makeup. Waterproof mascara is also a no. So it’s best to remove makeup first, then use this to cleanse the face. It’s gentle and a good sample to have. The best part is you can double this up as a shower gel. But it’s quite a waste I feel, as Avene ain’t exactly a cheap brand.
I have this and the travel size from the Sephora gold card welcome gift. It’s a very honey like cleanser. So it’s hard to spread. Especially since you are suppose to use this on a dry face. But once you get it work in to the skin, it starts to get warm. Which is really the best part, cause it’s just so pampering. Also, once it’s foam up a little after a lot of scribing in, it gets easier to lather on the face. It cleanses really well too. Even with a wet face, I can feel a bit of warm, and it still work. As in, it still is a good cleanser. So a bit of water do help to lather up the cleanser.
Someone recommend me this facial wash. It’s alright. The grapefruit is not strong enough. I thought it will be a scent that will wake me up. In the end it’s ok. An average cleanser. It removes makeup ok. But still better for a morning cleanser. It doesn’t exactly remove off my pimples but no more spots come into light. So I think it’s really good in that sense. It’s gentle. For oily skin, it’s ok. Can it last, not really. But I mean it’s good enough.
I like this. The packaging is vacuum type, so the product kept coming up instead of being stuck on at the bottom of the bottle. The pump also disperse the right amount of product. One pump is just enough for my whole face.
I really like this cause it does help with controlling the t-zone. I find that my face is less oily. This doesn’t foam up, so it can be a bit hard to use tools to wash the face. But it’s really a good product.
Jojoba Charcoal Facial Scrub is an average scrub. It’s very gentle, but I am not a big fan of. It doesn’t do anything for my face and I fear this is the reason I am continuing with my breakouts. Not that I can control it, but this may be the culprit.
Charcoal Detox Deep Pore Gel Cleanser is a bit better. It’s a gel so it’s super gooey and it’s black. It cleans make up off but in term of deep pore cleanser, I just don’t feel it. So a bit blah.
So much raves on the Michael Tood products and yet I don’t think they are good. I’d tried a few things, they re just average. Or maybe it’s just my skin. Anyway, it must be working of people are still buying. I guess it’s just not for me.
A travel size skincare set for combination to oily skin.
Anti-shine Purifying Cleansing Gel is a light watery gel like texture. It’s super gentle and cleanse well. It smells really nice too.
Micro-exfoliating Purifying Toner is a typical toner. I don’t really finds anything special with toner, as most of them are the same I feel. This evaporates off your face quite quickly. So it is quite nice to use as you don’t have to wait for long do rather next step.
Pure Skin Effect Hydrating Gel is a light weight gel texture moisturizer. I really like that it is gel and it sinks into the skin fast.
Everything is 5ml except the toner which is 20ml. But for once, I used this up quite quickly. Usually 5ml can last me for 8 uses, these though just 4 times. The toner I can use longer. So overall it is a good combination of skincare that I really enjoy using this year. It does what it claimed to be and I do recommend it for anyone with combi to oily skins.
Honorable mention: Sulwhasoo Timetreasure Kit. The more I use them, the more I enjoy it. I don’t use everything at one go. Sometimes just the serum, sometimes the emulsion and moisturiser. What I like the most is the fact that everything sinks into the skin when I wake up in the morning and doesn’t makes my face oily.
Would have save that for today’s review, but I was too excited back then.
I’ve been sharing this cleanser with my sister. To be honest I asked her to use this cause it doesn’t do much for my skin so I just want it to be finish ASAP. The product, the color, really reminds me of honey but less sticky. The scent is alright.
People always talk about MT and how amazing their products are especially for acne prone skin. But seriously, it doesn’t help me at all. It doesn’t help my sister too. It is not a harsh product; also not a product that I feel can clean your pore. It just feels like it cleans only on the surface. It is good as a makeup remover, which it did said that it removes makeup, but that’s all I feel it does. I mean sure my face feels clean after but I feel that it is not a deep cleanser. And I still have the occasional break out so this definitely doesn’t do much for my skin.
I wonder if the Korean craze ever die down. Was finding another scrub and was recommended this. It is alright. It is actually a cleanser, but act as a scrub. Those cleanser that is suppose to “peel off”, get rid of dry skin and gives you new one. This is it, just like the famous brand Cure. I wonder if its still selling like hot cakes, there is no news about it anymore. Anyway yea it’s ok to me. I use it, but I don’t have an opinion on it.
So this is with innovative Swiss apple stem cell phytocelltec technology that is purifying. Don’t really know what that means. But I guess it’s for self-renewal, the skin stem cells that is. Prevents loss of moisture and maintains skin balance without the use of chemical. Contains witch hazel and aloe vera.
So I can say that this is good for sun burnt skin. It’s a good cleanser, really gentle. Doesn’t strip off moisture. But cleanse really well. Wouldn’t really purchase it cause I don’t quite the feel I have on skin once I dry my face. It’s I don’t know just a weir feeling.
